2 Teachers Per Subject
The IMS model that no other institute in Moshi offers.
At most coaching institutes, one teacher handles an entire subject for the batch. At IMS Classes, every subject -- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies, and OCM -- is taught by two dedicated teachers.
This is not a backup arrangement. Both teachers are actively involved in teaching the same batch. One may focus on theory and conceptual foundations; the other may focus on problem-solving and exam technique. Together, they cover the full spectrum of how a subject should be taught.
The result is visible in our toppers' scores. When a student can approach the same concept from two different angles, understanding deepens. When two teachers share the load, each has more time for individual doubt-clearing. And when one teacher is unavailable, classes continue without interruption.

Concept Before Formula
Students learn why a formula works before they memorise it. This approach builds the deep understanding that competitive exams test for -- the ability to apply concepts to unfamiliar problems.
Test Before You Forget
Every chapter is assessed through a daily test within 24 hours of being taught. Weekly full-length tests cover cumulative material. This continuous testing cycle ensures retention and identifies gaps.
Two Perspectives, One Subject
With 2 teachers per subject, students receive two different teaching styles. What one teacher explains through derivation, the other might explain through analogy or visual demonstration.
Individual Tracking
Our faculty tracks each student's test performance week over week. When scores dip in a specific topic, the relevant teacher initiates a focused doubt-clearing session. Students do not fall behind quietly.
